Notes For Buyers

BUYERS PREMIUM: A Buyers Premium Of 11% (GST inclusive) Will Apply To All Items Purchased.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Buyers should be aware of the Terms and Conditions Sale which are on display at reception.

Registration: Buyers are asked to register and obtain a Bidders Number prior to the commencement of an Auction.

Absentee Bids: Absentee bids will be accepted prior to the commencement of an Auction. If you would like to register an absentee bid please see the Auctioneer's Clerk.

Payment: An Account should be finalised by 12 p.m. on the following day in the form of Cash or Bank Cheque only. A cash deposit of 10% is required on the fall of the hammer, or by Telegraphic Transfer to the Auctioneer's Bank. No Company or personal cheques will be accepted.

EFTPOS Is now available, no cash out, and administration fees apply, from Cheque or Savings a $5.00 fee for every transaction, and for Bankcard, Visa & Mastercard a $10.00 per $1500.00 spent.

Transfer of Title: PLEASE NOTE that the Bidder is the owner of items purchased on the fall of the hammer on each lot and is therefore strongly advised to effect insurance immediately. Neither the Auctioneer nor the Vendor is responsible for any loss or damage to any lot after the fall of the hammer.

Buyers Should also be aware of other terms affecting the sale as set out in the Terms and Conditions of Sale that may prelude them from taking delivery of their lots immediately upon the fall of the hammer.

Collection of Lots: Once FULL payment has been received, and the Auction has finished, an Invoice will be issued which will enable the Bidder or Carrier to remove items from the Sale.

1. Please allow 15 minutes after purchasing your last intended lot before making your way to the accounts department. This will allow us time to enter the results.
2. If you require a Carrier, Deans Barnier Fox Auction Services will be able to recommend a suitable party.
3. If you are having difficulty with the removal of items in the set time frame, please consult the Auctioneers.
